FluentCRM lifetime deal

Plugin · Direct · 6.8 yrs live · by WPManageNinja

FluentCRM sold a one-time lifetime license during its 2020 launch: pay once, get lifetime plugin updates and lifetime support, no renewals. The question this page answers isn't what FluentCRM does, it's whether that lifetime promise is still being kept years after people paid. Right now the register holds no verified buyer report on FluentCRM either way, so its honoring status is open; nobody has yet documented here, with receipts, whether a 2020 lifetime license still activates and still pulls Pro updates in 2026. If you hold one, confirm it still works or report a breakage. The seal stays unearned until a verified confirmation lands, a single verified, unrebutted breakage would keep it off automatically, and no affiliate link shows on this page while the deal is unverified. No marketing page, review site or AI tool answers the honoring question, only a buyer.

What it is

FluentCRM is a self-hosted email marketing automation and CRM plugin for WordPress, made by WPManageNinja, the team behind Fluent Forms, Fluent Support, FluentBoards and FluentCart (CEO Shahjahan Jewel). Instead of paying a SaaS provider per contact, you install the plugin, keep your contacts in your own WordPress database and send through your own SMTP or email sending service such as Amazon SES, Mailgun or SendGrid. From the WordPress dashboard you run email campaigns and email sequences, build marketing automation funnels and workflows that automate follow-ups, handle contact segmentation with tags, lists and advanced filtering, map customer journeys, personalize messages with smart codes, and see a 360° view of each contact. The email editor ships with templates, abandoned cart recovery helps WooCommerce stores win back sales, and the vendor counts 45+ free integrations, from WooCommerce to LMS and membership plugins. A free version lives on WordPress.org; the Pro plugin adds the deeper automation, reports and API-driven integration with other WordPress plugins. Each new feature widened the email automation: dynamic coupons and a company module in the 2.8/2.9 line, AI tools, SMS campaigns over Twilio or Amazon SNS and a rebuild on Vue 3 in FluentCRM 3.0, and WhatsApp marketing in 3.2.0.

The lifetime deal

The FluentCRM lifetime license was sold directly by WPManageNinja on fluentcrm.com, and it was a launch-period offer in 2020. Archived copies of the official fluentcrm.com lifetime-deal page show the tiers as a one-time purchase with lifetime plugin updates and lifetime support: in early October 2020, $99 for a single site, $299 for 5 sites and $599 for 50 sites; by mid-November the single and 5-site tiers showed as sold out at $198 and $598, with 50 sites at $1,198; in early December the homepage listed lifetime licenses at $249, $649 and $1,299 alongside the annual plans. By January 2021 the lifetime tab was gone, and every archived pricing page since, from 2022 through the Black Friday 2025 sale, lists annual licenses only. The register found no official FluentCRM lifetime offer after 2020; third-party pages advertising a FluentCRM lifetime deal are not vendor offers, and this page does not repeat their prices.

Pricing

Today FluentCRM Pro is sold on yearly plans priced by site count, not list size: $129 a year for a single site, $249 for 5 sites and $499 for 50 sites, each with one year of plugin updates and priority support, unlimited contacts and all features, and first-year discounts during sales (30% off on the live page in October 2026). The vendor's pricing FAQ notes the first-year offer does not apply to renewals. Against that, a 2020 lifetime license at $99 to $249 for one site replaced a $129-a-year renewal, so it paid for itself within about two years, provided the vendor keeps honoring it. Sending costs are separate either way, because you pay your own SMTP provider. The live page advertises a 14-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee; confirm the current refund window and whether any lifetime offer exists before you pay.

Signals to watch

What to watch, the way any lifetime deal breaks: the company stops honoring old license keys, so 2020 lifetime licenses no longer activate or pull Pro updates; a tier is capped or shrunk, say fewer sites than the license was sold with; new features, such as the AI, SMS or WhatsApp tools in FluentCRM 3.x, move behind a new paid add-on that lifetime holders can't get; or the product is wound down and support for legacy accounts goes unanswered. None is recorded on FluentCRM here today, because no verified report exists yet; they are simply the signals the register tracks, and the reason a buyer's confirmation, backed by receipts, counts for more than any announcement.

FAQ

Is the FluentCRM lifetime deal still honored?

On this register, open. No buyer has yet verified, with receipts, that a 2020 FluentCRM lifetime license still activates and still receives Pro updates and new features. The register holds no verified report either way. Hold one? File the first confirmation, or report a breakage with your receipt and recent access proof.

Do FluentCRM lifetime deals still exist?

Not on the official site. Archived pricing shows FluentCRM's lifetime licenses were offered by WPManageNinja during the 2020 launch window, and the pricing page has listed annual plans only since early 2021. Sister products like FluentCart have had their own lifetime deals; a page selling a FluentCRM lifetime license today is not the vendor's offer.

Do FluentCRM lifetime deals expire?

The 2020 licenses were sold as a one-time purchase with lifetime plugin updates and lifetime support, not as a trial. But lifetime means the product's lifetime, not yours: it lasts as long as WPManageNinja keeps honoring the key. That's the open question this page tracks.

Is FluentCRM worth it in 2026?

If you run WordPress and WooCommerce sites and want email marketing and marketing automation without per-contact pricing, a flat yearly license with unlimited contacts can cost far less than a SaaS tool at scale. Factor in your own email sending costs and the time to configure SMTP and deliverability.

Is the FluentCRM lifetime deal legit or a scam?

The register takes no view on intent. FluentCRM is a real WordPress plugin from an established vendor, and the 2020 lifetime offer was sold on its own site. The risk every LTD carries is long-term: that terms shift years later. Only verified holder reports settle whether this one was kept.

What happens to FluentCRM if my license lapses?

The free FluentCRM plugin on WordPress.org keeps working. An annual Pro license covers one year of updates and support, renewed each year; a lifetime license was sold to cover both for life. Check your account to see which kind you hold and keep the receipt.
