honored.ltd is a public, crowdsourced register of digital lifetime deals. It judges whether each deal is still honored, based on evidence submitted by buyers — it hosts user claims, not platform verdicts. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You need an account to submit a report or confirmation. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

What you submit

Every report — whether a loss or a confirmation that a deal is still honored — must be truthful and backed by evidence (a receipt, a screenshot of continued access, or similar). Reports are presented neutrally and factually ("paid $X on date Y, access revoked on Z") — never with epithets or unsupported accusations. You keep ownership of anything you submit; by submitting it, you grant honored.ltd a license to display it publicly as part of the register.

Prohibited conduct

• Submitting false, fabricated, or misleading reports or evidence.
• Attempting to bypass rate limits, verification, or moderation.
• Harassing, defaming, or making unsupported accusations against a vendor or another user.
• Scraping, reselling, or systematically extracting the register's data outside normal use.

Vendors and the right of reply

A vendor may claim their listing and respond on the record to any report about their product. If you believe a report about your product is false or unfair, see our notice-and-takedown process for how to dispute it.

No warranty

The register is provided "as is." We don't independently verify every underlying fact behind a user's claim beyond the evidence-and-moderation process described in how the site works — we make no guarantee that any report, confirmation, or vendor response is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, honored.ltd and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the register. This section is a standard placeholder pending legal review for the operator's jurisdiction.

Termination

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, including submitting false reports or attempting to manipulate the register.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of establishment (EU). The specific jurisdiction referenced here is a placeholder pending legal review and will be updated once finalized.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the register changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
